“Hydro” Helps
Avert Water Crisis!
Even though worldwide water consumption
doubles every two decades, the world’s supply of fresh
and available water remains hauntingly finite—and quite
small. Although 3% of Earth’s water is fresh, a mere
1% is actually available for human consumption.

A new Water
Education Center in Hemet, California
makes a compelling case for respectful water use and management. “Hydro”—a
loveable, highly caffeinated cartoon water drop—guides
visitors through the 3,000 square feet exhibit space. Harvest
Moon Studio produced “Hydro” and other all media
components based on concept designs by Kirk Design for Design
Craftsmen, Inc.
Army Corps Restores Image & Levees
You probably know the Army Corps mostly for failed
levees and inadequate federal funding in the wake of hurricane
Katrina. What you may not know is that the Corps has a distinguished
history dating back to the time of Lewis and Clark Expedition
and is responsible for maintain huge swaths of our country’s
infrastructure.

As part of heightening public awareness of
the breadth and depth of its mandate, the Army Corps of Engineers
is creating a series of information
kiosks, currently being
designed by Harvest Moon Studio for One Plus Two Design,
in Portland, Oregon. |
Jet-Pack Through Grand Coulee
Since its inception, Grand Coulee
Dam has inspired superlatives: the biggest, the greatest, the
mightiest. Yet, even these fail to capture its gargantuan scale.
Now, you can strap on a virtual
jet pack,
fly through the structure, and get an unprecedented view
of the Northwest’s biggest energy supplier. Harvest
Moon Studio produced “Fly Through” and “Balancing
Act,” two new interactive games at the Visitor Center,
for Formations, Inc.
East Meets
West via FTP
With an East Coast client and a West Coast design/build
team, the United States National Slavery Museum
project stood to benefit from an easy-to-use, large capacity,
file sharing site.

Harvest Moon Studio created a custom
ftp site for the Henley Company. “With our fast-track schedule
and nation-wide team network,” stated company principal
Lyn Henley, “the project literally wouldn't have been
possible without it. You folks did a great job explaining
the functionality, customizing the site for our needs, responding
quickly to team members’ questions!”
